Hi,
I am unable to find this wire for the SolarTouch sensor in my local area. I need 40 feet. Will this wire work: 20 AWG – 1 Twisted Pair - 300V - Stranded Conductor – Overall Foil Shield - PLTC Tray Cable - Per Foot If not do you know of a source?

(8) 4'x12' Heliocol used panels with gators and clamps all purchased for total cost of $80 (plus $$$ for pvc, SolarTouch, valves, Pentair Solar Valve, etc). I fixed about 10 leaks using 7/32" auto vacuum tubing.

Many thanks for help,
Christine

Dang you got a smokin deal!!! I paid $550 for 11 of the same panels with a controller (that I did not use) and then found out I was missing a lot of the connecting hardware :(

The wire does not match too much. I would consider going to a larger size (18 or 16 AWG) to lower the resistance which would impact the reading.
I think the stuff I used was some stuff I got from my brother-in-law for fire alarms?

Hi Jason,
What do you think about this wire: 18 AWG – 1 Twisted Pair - 300V - Stranded Conductor – Overall Foil Shield - PLTC Tray Cable - Per Foot
