Tiger Shark not climbing deep end walls

We just took the cover off today, but yesterday, in preparation, I threw our Tiger Shark under the cover and ran it three times, cleaning out the filter each time. It was definitely picking up dirt, worms, etc.... When we removed the cover, I see that the robot did not clean a big section of the walls in the deep end. It climbed the walls in that area just fine last year! It wont climb the walls there, but it is climbing the walls in another section of the deep end, so that just seems weird. I would think that the same section would get hit at some point during (now) four cleanings. I've since brushed down those walls, but it still won't climb them in that area.

I'm wondering why this is happening and what I can do to fix it? I ran it in Full Clean mode (versus quick clean) and changed the position of the handle bar each time.

TIA!

After a little more searching, I read a bad impeller could be the issue. I removed the plate at the top of the machine and saw it was gummed up with debris. I cleaned out as much as I could and I think it helped. I saw it go up the wall around the trouble area after I did it, but it didnt go all the way. Time will tell!

My first TFP open went very smoothly. Added hair nets to the skimmer baskets with great success and less than 24 hours later, Im clear! Thank you, TFP!!
