Third Sand filter replacement in 6 years

I have a Hayward S220T sand filter that has a leak on one side at the seam. Same failure location as the 2 previous tanks. Something must be wrong so I am coming to the experts for help.

Here are my specs
In ground fiberglass pool - size approx 25x11x4 - see photo. Not sure of volume
Hayward super pump - 1.5 HPc48l2n134b1
Sand Filter Hayward S220T

What would be causing the repeated failure? Is there a better replacement?

Hi, welcome to TFP! I'm not sure I see where the filter is leaking in your photos. Is it leaking from the valve on top, or is it another location?

It is leaking at the seam. In the photo it's not running.

What is the filter pressure when running?

I wonder if Heyward is having any issues with their tank manufacturing? Have you called them and asked why you are on your third tank with the same issue?

I have not since it has happened past the 1 year warranty (in the second pool season). I can try, but wanted to see if there could be a system design issue.
