testing FC with taylor 2006

Hi
if I am testing FC using 10ML of water, should I only be using 1 level scoop of DPD power, or 2?
My FC is usually between 4-8

That's an oddity about that test. And one of our experts explained it once, but it was too technical for me. The amount of powder is not all that critical. Weird, right? I usually use one rounded scoop, but never two (for a 10ml sample).

Using two will not skew the result.
