Tears in liner

I made the mistake of getting my oldest a remote control boat for his birthday. He used it in the pool and now there is about 10 small tears above water line. Will patches fix this? The liner is 2 years old

I think you could try patching... maybe clear patches so you can watch them for spread.

I bet you wanted to boot that boat to the curb!

I agree with the clear patches. They should hold well enough on a 2 year old liner. I would also superglue a chunk of pool noodle to the sharp or pointy edges of that boat! Otherwise its a bathtub toy!

Just a heads up...I had holes patched in my liner and they used clear. They turned cloudy after a year and stand out like a sore thumb.

I was thinking of adding pool noddles but it’s no longer going to be used in the pool at all

I do! He got it yesterday and I won’t let him use it anymore. I didn’t think it would do that much damage
