The issue only happens with the chlorine cylinder due to the elevated bump at the bottom of this cylinder.

I’ve changed the batteries and it’s not any better, and I have no issues with the bar spinning in another cylinder that doesn’t have the bump.

Anyone else experience this and were you able to resolve? I don’t recall it being an issue when I first received my kit, is it the bar?

Put in new batteries and use alkaline.

I've had a dozen members swear to me they put in "new batteries" only to find they were batteries returned to the pile by "other" family members.

Make sure they are alkaline batteries.

It's not the pill.

Or use the cylinder that the bar spins in correctly.
You can also try to clean the cylinder with rubbing alcohol first and let air dry.

Good call, I use a battery tester but seems like the Taylor likes the batteries at full capacity, opened a brand new set of AA’s and it’s back.

This happens to me too. Either pluck the side of the cylinder or remove cylinder and put back on the base a time or two. It will start spinning properly.
