They could sync if they have the same colors (9) and color schemes (5) IN the same order. Lights (at least Jandy) work from a simple on/off switch that cycles to the next in line at each off/on cycle. Below is the WaterColors color scheme. Read it left to right, up to down by columns.
Thanks for the reply. Do you know if there is a way to 'freeze' a starting point on the Jandy (or Globrite) to try and get them to sync with each other?

The procedure to reset the control board inside of the Globrite lights is:
- Turn the lights on
- Within 10-15 seconds of turning on the lights, turn the lights on and off 31 times
If your light is connected to an automation controller you may need to remove the cover where the cords for the lights come up through the conduit and connect to the feed from the transformers. Then unscrew the wire nut to the group of lights from the source transformer (black wire usually) and manually touch the power wire wires 31 times to the other wires still twisted together about 1/2 a second apart each time. We don't think there is a way to do this via automation.
