Well, we are almost there. What is crazy is I filed a service request for my pump TWO DAYS before this happened as this thing was squeeling like crazy. I am thinking that at a certain RPM, there is a bearing going out.
Anyways, I covered the pad, three blankets and a tarp, with two heaters under it (ya, real fire safe).
Pump has been running along with waterfalls for 24/7 since last week.
We are part of the Children's Hospital power grid, so we have not had any power issues. VERY lucky.
I am having to fill the pool with a 100ft hose from the washing machine to the pool.
Two more days is all I need to get through.
My pool faces south east, so I get most of the sun. I never had ice (the ice you see is from me pushing snow in to help with water levels). My neighbor across the street had ice real bad.

I did leave for the store today and came back to my waterfalls shut off. No clue what happened there, but they turned right back on. I can't find a "logs" or anything in iAqualink. I know my SWG has said 0 degrees no chorinating, but today it started ch

Hang in there, I think 48 hours and we are out of the woods. I actually turned my waterfalls off an hour ago to give my pump a break, since the air temps in Houston are around 36F, so I should be OK for a few hours.. The freezing rain and snow worries me though, but ERCOT is showing operating reserves of close to 4,000 MW so I am surprised they haven't started rolling back outages, unless they are worried if they will hold there..
