Spillover spa with 10 jets. Do I need a second pump?

My main question is whether I should replace the only working pump with a VSP and whether that will be strong enough to go through the filter, an eventual spa heater/solar heating, and 10 jets or if I should plumb one of the spa main drains into a second booster pump?

I doubt it. Even if the jets are only 10 GPM each, that is still a lot of flow rate pushing through all that equipment.

Are the jets on a separate loop (i.e. there is a separate set of normal returns)?

What is the flow rate requirement of the jets?

What size pipe is going to/from the jets?
