Spillover Spa Not Coming Over In Certain Areas

Anyone have any advice on what to do here? I have my Jandy VS pump turned to the max when spillover is on and it comes over fast in every other part of the spa. It looks to be level so I’m not sure if that’s the issue or not. Pool builder has already tried some things but still an issue. If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it!

Getting that long of a spillover level is an art that it looks like your builders crew has not mastered yet.

Looks like the left side is a bit lower than the right side.

Have you put a laser level on the edge?

One, it's not level.
Two, you can hide slightly off-level with enough flow.

If it used to work but stopped, look for a dirty filter or a valve that got moved.

I have not. Is there a particular level I should get? How can you tell just in the photo it isn’t level? Would love to be able to show my pool builder...thanks!

It’s never worked right. I cleaned the filter today and it didn’t do much.

The unequal flow of the water tells us the top stone is not level.

Water is a natural level.
