Spa pressure jets loosing pressure intermittently

Hi all, first of all this forum has been a real help since the pool was built a few years ago. Being a first time pool owner I have been able to maintain the pool by myself through all the knowledge I’ve gathered on this forum.
Now to the problem. I had my spa running last night and after a while the jets started loosing pressure. At first they would blow puffs of water and later the pressure completely went out. After reading through a few older articles here I drained the spa to expose the jets, took them off to clean. They were all clean, no debris. I tried to blow air through the vents, but my shop vac was strong enough. I did see water at the bottom of the two vents, After I put everything back together things seemed to work fine again. The same thing happened to me once but running the pool mode seemed to fix it that time

My question is, is water at the bottom of the vents normal? What could be causing the spa jets to loose pressure like this? I’ve attached pics of my equipment and pool. TIA

What vents are you referring to?

Your pics are too small to see any detail on where your valves are set. Can you post larger pics?

Your signature has no specs for the pump(s) you have. Do you just have one filter pump or a second spa pump?

I reattached larger pics. I have a 2hp Hayward pump and one filter for both the spa and pool. There seem to be two vents (indicated in the pics) that I thought had something to do with the spa jets per something I read on another thread here, but I could be wrong

You have an air blower. Does the jet pressure change when you turn on the air blower?

Usually you find one of those vents on a spa when it does not have an air blower and relys on venturi air flow to create bubbles. Why you have an air blower and two of those air vents I do not know.

Your pics do not show the valve handles to see how you have your valves set. And your pics don't let me see all of your plumbing to fully understand your system.

What is your clean filter pressure and what is it when your spa loses flow?

I’ve attached some additional pics, that shows the plumbing. The blower is optional and the jets work without it. I did not check the filter pressure when the jets lost pressure, but will make sure to do that next time. All the valves were in their correct position when it happened though.

The jets work without the blower but do you get air bubbles in the jet without the blower?

Running the blower when the jets lose pressure may give you some clues if it clears up the problem.

Yes, without the blower jets shoot a steady stream of water with air bubbles. The blower creates a lot of waves, splashes so I tend to keep it off most of the time. I’ll take your recommendation and run it when the problem reoccurs. See the two pics without and with the blower.
