Source for Heavy Duty Grill Covers?

Hey all- I've got a Chargriller Pro smoker that I absolutely LOVE. Problem is, their covers stink and don't hold up at all. I have had the last three replaced under warranty because they just don't hold up. I use my grill year 'round so it stays out in blazing summer sun and cold winter winds alike.

Can anyone recommend a good source for a DURABLE grill cover. I realize it likely won't be form fitting, but I need a better alternative that replacing the cover every 6-8 months.

What do the rest of you do to protect your grills. I hate to leave it exposed all the time and don't have a covered cooking area.

my brinkmann stays out in the weather, I repaint it every spring.

My Napoleon has a Napoleon cover, but I am not impressed with it, fades and deteriorates fast.

I bought the fitted GD cover that goes over my dome and table but it's very thin. I already managed to cut two corners just pulling it over the table. I expected better for a somewhat customized product.
