Solar Cover Choices

I’m in the process of getting a solar cover for my pool. Does this one look acceptable. See link.

Sure, its great. Don't go looking for anything too super-dooper. People here say they all need replacing in 2-3 yrs tops.

Edit: Not worth the price premium for the “1200 Series”. They work/last the same, and the slightly thinner “800 series” is easier to handle.

I have the 1200. It is heavy. My reel spans 23 feet and it bows when I get cover rolled up. It’s also a lot more stiff. As for longevity, I’ve had this one a month so I don’t know if it’ll last longer than my old cheap one. It made it 3 years.

I just added mine and bought it from the link @magiteck listed above. I cut it into strips (first time trying this method) which so far, I find less cumbersome to roll up and maneuver around.
My last cover disintegrated after just a year which was partly due to sun damage and the rest due to yanking the giant thing off and on. I knew it was time to trash it when I was cleaning up way to many blue plastic bits from the pool and when it started to majorly tear apart at any pull
