My unbranded swim spa has a SmarTouch control that is stuck on CAnC. I have flipped multibreaker, Flipped GFI, tried pushing every combination of buttons in the manual. A spa repair maintance company I use sent a man out, then called me to tell me the Controller pack and controller need totally replacing for $2100.00, which includes $1000 labor. Does this sound right? I am apalled. Thanks, Sylvia

It looks like this company manufacturers the SmarTouch control system and you may want to contact them and see what they say about the message not in the manual.

I am not a fan of ACC and don't see alot of them. I can't find that error code listed, or any that resembles it. Those are difficult to troubleshoot without a box of test parts, so I would also recommend a new system. They also have a warranty that you won't get on a replacement part.
The price seems high to me, but depends on what they're replacing it with, how many pumps it has (multi-pump systems cost more), how hard it is to access, etc.
