Shock needed for pool opening

Hi, I'm in my 2nd yearr of trouble free pool and just opened today. FC = 4; CC = 0; PH = 7.6; TA = 80 & CYA = 50. This seems to be where I settled out last year. I did bring up to shock when I closed and other numbers good My FC was 11 or so when I closed up last fall. My water looks good but I am curious if I need to bring Chlorine up to shock level or do I just adjust and go forward from hear. Any advice would be appreciated!

If the water is clear and no sign of algae, and your FC did not drop to 0, you may be in the clear

For my own personal gut, I would raise the FC to shock level (or at least 10ppm) and Perform the Overnight Chlorine Loss Test to be 100% sure.

Thank you for the advice. I have the same gut feeling. I'll raise FC and do the overnight test to be sure.
