Robot or not. Dust in the pool

We live in a sunny and dry area with dirt roads and get a lot of dust in the pool. I should vacuum the pool every day.
Will a robot be a good idea?

Is a robot good for getting dust of the bottom or is it more for leaves etc.? We have no shop here on the Island that sells robots so I have to order one online in the US probably and ship it here. I would appreciate your thoughts on this before I order one.

Dust is what a robot does best... I would talk with Margaret at Marina pool and spa..

I second what Jim says. I recently ordered a Dolphin M400 (from Marina) after debating a couple of months. Worth every penny. It comes with two sets of filters. I use the regular for leaves, and the fine, pleated filters for dirt. You will NOT regret it.
