Replacing pump, filter, motor

Hello,
I’m looking for input replacing my pool pump, motor, filter and exposed plumbing.

I have a 16x32 in ground, vinyl liner, 8 ft deep hopper. Sand filter, in line chlorinator.
The filter weeps out the sides, I did some parts replacement on the impeller last year.
I think I can do the replacement work myself, unless there’s something more difficult I’m not seeing.
Hoping for recommendations of what to get and where to source it.

I replaced the motor about 6 years ago, is there any resale value in that? It still works fine, I think the fella at the local pool supply told me last year that this type of motor wouldn’t be available much longer ? Can I reuse the current in line chlorination?

Thanks for any help. I can provide any more info needed.

Welcome to the forum!
If doing a Full DIY - you will get limited warranty periods from major suppliers. Circupool, Inyopools, etc have house equipment lines that provide reasonable warranty for DIY,.
A VS motor for pool pumps will be required (new installs and repair) for systems greater than 1.1 THP starting July 19.
I suggest you read ABC's of Pool Water Chemistry.

if it is all still working my recommendation is to start it up and count your blessings... It will be a long time before you can find a pump or filter to buy after that freak freeze went through.. :)
