We currently have a Hayward Max-Flo II pump and motor. The thing has just shot out (replaced capacitor, now the thermal overload is bad.) Since we bought the house last year and inherited this thing, I'd like to get a fresh start.
It's 1HP.
It looks like the Max-Flo II is discontinued and MaxFlo XL is the replacement? I was looking at this replacement motor but I have no idea if it'd be correct and was hoping someone here might know: Hayward C-Face Replacement Motor, Standard Efficiency, 115/230V, 1.25 THP
