RayPak R406A rocker switch

Hello,

Went to turn on our RayPak R406A heater and the rocker switch was stuck. Could not turn on/off. Assuming the switch needs to be replaced. Has anyone replaced the switch and how easy? Have looked online on how to replace with no luck.

Thanks,
Alan

I have the old school analog verision of this heater and the switch replacment is trivial if you can find the same sized rocker switch. On my heater, the switch simpley snaps into the control panel and has a few wires on the backside that go to the gas valve. Not sure about the digital version since I don't know where the switch is or what it is connected to on the back side.

Thanks for the replies. Found an older thread below on here mentioning to try WD-40. Sprayed inside the switch with WD-40 and left over night. Looks like that did the trick.
