Raypak 5350ti heatpump not turning on. Anyone have any ideas?

We have a heat pump (Raypak 5350TI) to heat our pool and it recently stopped working. I think it might be a capacitor or something.

It just does the click that it's turning on and then a buzzing sound when it tries to start.

Thanks for checking. Fixed the video (I hope ... I had set it as "Publish Sunday July 17" - not even sure how / where I would set that!)

The fan does not turn.

Could be the capacitor in the fan motor. That is the most likely.

Could be the contactor relay.

Not likely the capacitor in the compressor since the fan should then be running first.

Thank you so much. I'll open it up and try to identify the part number (if I can't get someone to come look at it!)
