I need to buy all new replacement reagents and was going to buy them from the test kit site. All the numbers are the same except for the PH reagent included. My reagent number is R-0004 and I also have R-0005 & R-0006 which with Pool Math I know I don't really need these; the reagent for PH is now R-0014 - can I use this with my old test kit?

Thanks!

Vinny, I'm sorry but it sounds like you have the larger comparator block which uses R-0004 as the reagent. There is smaller block that uses the R-0014 reagent. They are not interchangeable, darn it.

You either need to get new R-0004 reagent- https://www.amazon.com/Taylor-Technologies-R-0004-Indicator-Reagent/dp/B0030EVB74

Or the larger comparator block which uses the R-0014- https://www.amazon.com/Replacement-Comparators-Taylor-2000-PART/dp/B0002KQE6C

No problem, thanks for responding! I'll purchase the R-0004 along with the refills. Glad I didn't assume .... there would have been a lot of PH questions from me when I did the testing! :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:
