Do you have a single speed pump or variable speed pump? If VS pump what is the speed that you have this low flow?
Have you cleaned the pump basket and also the impeller of the pump? Ensure the main power is off to the pump when checking the impeller. Is the pump basket full of water when running? What is your filter pressure and type of filter?

The number one reason for increasing filter pressure and low water flow is a dirty filter.
Most likely due to algae, even if you can't see it yet.
When did you last clean your filter??
