How can I fix my drain plug on my hayward cartridge model c 3000 pool pump?
The drain plug was leaking a little bit and i put teflon tape to help however it still didnt fix it 100% . Pressure is still coming out and the PSI is a little bit above 10. I never had this problem before so anyone can help?

Next time you open the filter to clean the carts, you might want to inspect the O-ring really well for any deformities. If it looks good, clean, and smooth all around, check the housing mating surface. Then along with some teflon tape for the threads, add some pool silicone lube on the O-ring as well. Hopefully that will do it for you.
