Pressure side pump not moving after freeze

Just finished the great freeze in Texas. Equipment seemed to survive for the most part. Question: Booster pump is coming on but pressure sided vacuum (Legend) is not moving. Water is flowing through main pump without a problem. Booster 'sounds' like it is running fine.

Can anyone recommend what to check next? Also when making suggestions on what to check, please know our pool equipment is below water level so if you could also provide guidance on whether valves need to be closed off when working through your recommendation that would be appreciated.

Our pool equipment is below water level and we are new to caring for pool.

Please keep in mind we had relied on a pool company for many years and took over maintenance this summer so I know I still have a lot to learn.

Welcome to TFP! Can you post a couple pics of your equipment pad and pool please? A pic is worth a thousand words sometimes. Also, take a moment to update your signature with all of your pool and equipment info. It will help later. We'll try to help you figure out why the booster isn't pushing water.
