Pressure not changing

I noticed that after I clean my S7M120 filter cartridges (with water spray, not soaking with any cleaner) pressure starts at about 18 psi, climbs to 28 psi in a few hours, then just stays at 28. Is that normal?

What does your water look like?
Have you used any pool potions in you pool? Floc? Clarifier? etc?

Would also be handy to know what kind of pump you have??? single speed or ??? If VS what speed are you running???

My filter pressure is about 1 lb. so to me 28 lbs. is pretty high..

No not normal. Also how old are they? What is your end of season cleaning regimen?
