On the old site I could copy and paste excel tables into posts. Those old posts didn’t get translated correctly with the move and when I have tried to insert tables from excel into the new site, they don’t seem to format correctly. Is there still a way to post tables? The automatic elimination of white space (tabs, spaces) seems to preclude making “manual tables” as well.

Another option may be to take a screenshot of the Excel table and post it.
As I speak today, no you cannot easily use tables. I’m also avoiding uploading the modification as we’re doing all we can to avoid modifications to keep stability plus that one is for 1.5 and is unsupported for 2.0.
That said, I do have plans for more core updates to occur soon, and things should change when we next update. ?

Thanks for the replies...my question wasn’t really for an immediate need. Sounds like there may be an option in the future, and a temp workaround as proavia suggested.
Just as a heads up, after today's update Fully Responsive Tables are now supported.
