posting pictures help

Can someone help me out on how to properly post photo bucket pictures.

I have maxed out my allowed space for attachments. I opened a photo bucket account and I figured out how to attach links to my photobucket photo's, but can I need insert a picture from photo bucket that automatically pops the picture up when someone opens the thread so people don't have to go to the photobucket link?

Copy the IMG code to the right of the pic and paste it right into your post.
