Hello, I have a recent new pool install. I just noticed that it looks like one of the flow direction arrows is pointing the wrong way. I asked my installer and they said that the sticker is just in the wrong direction. Can someone tell me if there is a mistake in this installation or not?

It definitely complains of no flow when the pump is off, but then stops complaining when I turn the pump back on.
That being said, I haven't yet gotten any chlorine to register on the test strips I'm using, so I'm still not convinced the SWG is working. There could be some other issue though if this really is just a sticker on backwards.

Thanks James. Looks like it is just the sticker. What do you mean by do test autopilot?

When the pump is off, there should be no power to the SWCG.
The way it is wired, the Autopilot controls power to the pump according to the pumping schedule. But I just have the autopilot have the pump "on" 24 hrs/day and then I use the pump itself to run the schedule I want.

Menu Button...
The MENU button is used to leave the normal operation mode and enter the program and diagnostic modes.
Use the UP/DOWN and SELECT buttons to navigate through the menus and sub-menus.
MAIN MENU:
Test Pool Pilot - displays various operating parameters and diagnostic results
View Setup - displays the programmed setup parameters
Owner Options - programs the primary operating parameters an owner would need to change
Maintenance Menu - tests and programs the primary features a service technician would need to access when servicing the system
Installer Menu - program the initial system setup
Note: to permit quick access to features, some functions are accessed or programmed in several menus.

Select Button...
The SELECT button chooses the displayed menu option. For the Installer Menu, press and hold the SELECT button for approximately 13-seconds to access this feature.

Take the pump off of the Autopilot timer/relay and power the pump directly.

Then, use the timer to make sure that the cell only runs while the pump is scheduled to run.

The below video shows the relay that turns the pump on and off.

If you are unsure about doing electrical work, have a qualified technician or electrician change the wiring.
