Poolmath Subscription Renewal Problem

I’ve recently renewed my subscription and continue to be told premium subscription required. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app and signed out and signed back in again and it seems to fix it. After logging out and then logging back in again, the same issue pops up again. Also on the overview screen, in each test box it shows “last test” vs when the test results were entered ( 1 day, 2 days, etc). Please help, this is getting frustrating.
