Poolmath Adding Negative Bleach

I have recently been running into Poolmath adding -1 oz of bleach when I click the "Log addition..." button at the bottom of the Free Chlorine tab. Sometimes it does it right away other times it's when I click Different Amount. Anyone else getting this issue? It's not hard to fix by editing log, but would be nice not to have to add and edit each time.

Or is there another way to report bug/get support?

Can you email us at [email protected]? We’ve seen reports of this issue in the past but for the life of us haven’t been able to reproduce it. Hopefully you can help us pinpoint the item.

Well that's a first, and kinda a step in the right direction. In all the instances we've seen this in the past it was with bleach, never Cal-Hypo.

I'll pass this onto the developer.

It's still happening for me on a fairly regular basis for me but can't cause it on-demand

Happens to me a lot if I accept the suggested amount. I have only seen it on Chlorine so far and it’s normally on my android phone. I have the iPad app too so I can try to see if it makes a difference if I log it there instead, it might.

The two times it has happened to me, I was using the log the suggested amount. But I have more cases where that worked fine.

On July 12th, I logged in 8.8 OZ of Cal-Hypo 73%. It shows -1 oz

July 9th, I didn't log in any H-Cl it shows +1 oz

July 2nd, I logged in 5.5 oz of Cal-Hypo 73%, it shows -1 oz

Yes, I still keep paper records
