Hello! We are new pool owners from Cleveland. Found this page looking for a solution to a problem. We had our agp professionally installed just last year. We took the cover off and everything last weekend and all was great. Until we noticed that some of the liner was 'showing' in a certain section. Investigating we noticed the wall was out if the track and the railing was lifted which us why we were seeing the blue part of the liner. From what I have read so far it appears thus means the ground wasn't leveled properly ??. Any thoughts or ideas where to go from here? We just got a heater and we're looking forward to a longer pool season .. uggh ...thanks in advance!!!

HI and SO sorry to meet you this way :(

I need a little more info please. Please put your general location in your general info. Freeze/thaw could be a part of the problem.

Show us some pics of the whole pool so we can see what you are dealing with.

Oh and did you have a foam cove or a sand cove?

Cleveland OHIO. The install company put sand down underneath the pool.

So the folks at the pool store told us it was ground heaving!?!? From the ground freezing and thawing repeatedly over the winter .. they said we should be able to knock it back into place with a rubber mallet .. which only accomplished cracking a plastic piece .. so we are waiting on service to come out. The bottom is still in the track so hopefully they can get it back in place. Fingers crossed! However next question is ... Is it common to be able to feel the seam of your agp, bolts and all,??? I don't recall it being there last year and feel like those bolts could rip the liner. Sorry for all the issues and questions .. appreciate the help!!
