Do they make reels for a winter cover. I see ones online for between $100 - $400 for reels for solar covers, but I don't see much for a winter cover.

The rollers don't care what you wrap around them. If you decide to go for it be sure to get one long enough for a winter cover which is much wider then a solar cover.
1) it *might* be too heavy or at the very least, make the reel sag more than it wants to
2) if it does work, cover the rolled up cover. The morning dew or water left over from the rain may steam itself in the middle the same way it does with a solar cover. Plus just regular UV damage from the blazing summer sun. The winter cover is 10x more expensive to have to replace.

Oh certainly. The plan was to roll it up, wheel it out to dry, then roll it up and wheel it in the garage.
