pool ph always low

I have a small wading pool made of gunite. 15'x20'x1.5' deep
The PH is constantly low. I recently had some plaster repair work done to it.
Good this be the problem. Can anyone help me.

Is this tied to the commercial pool you discussed in your other thread?

Replastering will make your pH rise.

Only thing to drop pH is the addition of acid or acidic products (trichlor and dichlor) or your fill water is acidic.
