So I take it my intellichlor power wires should got through the pump relay so it turns off when the pump turns off?

The only device that goes through a relay in your panel is the pool light.

Your pump and SWG are wired directly to the CB for continuous power. The pump and SWG are controlled by the RS-485 data connection instead of a relay.

That tan wire that needs to be rerouted is probably the RS-485 connection from the SWG.
