Hey guys,
We just bought a house with a pool and it looks to have a spot in the pool for the aerator.
However, when we go to the pump and filter area, i see nothing that can turn this feature on. The pump works great, the filter is working, the return jets in the pool are working. Ive tried turning the valve connected to the 2 pipes that go back into the ground and it just shuts off the water coming into the pump.
Im not sure what or where to go from here. It can get pretty hot here in AZ and wed love to be able to aerate the pool to hopefully help drop a few degrees. Pictures attached.
Any help on locating the valve to turn it on or anything is much appreciated!!

That appears to be above the waterline yes? If so, it's probably an overflow port for high water.
