Have trouble with Polaris 360 hose connections, I replace nuts and o rings and all continue to leak with time. Has anyone found a glue or other way to make a more secure connection?

I think it si the nature of the beast. Those things need to be replaced periodically. I don't see how you can put glue on them and then expect to remove them later.
