Strange one for me. My (old) Polaris 280 booster pump isn’t priming.
If I turn it on, I get no pressure at the 280.
But, if I pull off the hose for the top discharge outlet, and turn the pump on, it will throw water about 6 feet up in the air or so. Then if I reconnect hose and turn it on the Polaris starts back up just fine.
I don’t want to have to do the geyser method every day on a schedule, so any help is appreciated.
