Polaris 360 wheels locking

Before I spend and buy a rebuild kit wanting to see if anybody has any advise.. mine will work for a while and stop..When I check the wheels are locked and I have to move then back and forward and they work again..Have had it apart and see nothing wrong.

Do you notice any of the teeth on the components chewed up? The metal rod that turns the gears on mine was stripped so I needed to purchase the rebuild kit. I was surprised that the metal plasrod was stripped and no damage to the plastic gears was visible.

It finally locked up completely and I when I took it apart a few of the bearings were locked up..Bought tuneup kit and should fix the issue.
