Please help identify Eyeball Jet and suggest best replacement

Looks a bit different than mine though, I believe you have to buy the whole fitting to get eyeball and retainer
This is just a example of the type of fitting you have. Caretaker made the original flush mount fittings.
Those are the same ones I have in my pool. They do make replacements for them, but I just changed mine out for regular ones. Easy to remove them, just use the tips of a pair of needle nose pliers in the slots and unscrew. (With pump off of course)

I just took the old one with me down to A/M corsons and grabbed some surface mount ones. They work fine and are readily available.
