PH rising rate

What is the normal rate at which PH rises? I'm noticing mine will sometimes go up a couple of points in 2-3 days going from 7.5 to 7.7. My TA is 80. Recent test results below.

TA-80
CYA-80
CH-250

Depends on your pool water chemistry, how much aeration the pool water gets (water features, wind, swimming, rain, etc) and what the TA and pH of your fill water is.

Let your pH rise until it is at least 8 before adding acid to lower it to 7.6.

Are you against dropping it to 7.2 to minimize the time you have to add acid?

You will find it will not be much different than lowering it to 7.6.
Unless you are fighting a rising TA due to fill water. If you are, then lowering to 7.2 is good as you will consume more TA.
