Pentair Superflow VST Error 001A

Installed our pool, connected all hardware and pumbing. Everything went great for two days and on day 3, went outside and noticed pump was not running on schedule. Error code reads 001A and a. reset, b. followed manual instructions to disassemble. Everything looks fine, no debris etc. Voltage is tested and all good.

Called Pentair and they are having trouble getting a rep out to me quickly. Anyone have any thoughts? Just got everything perfectly balanced and was feeling really great about fully opening the pool for the first time?

Sounds like infant mortality and a warranty exchange.

for anyone finding this thread searching for the error code - we did indeed end up having to get a replacement pump computer and swapped it out. pump runs like a dream. not user error with install etc.
