Pentair Legend II rebuild

Guys,

My Pentair legend II is beginning to act up and it looks like it needs a rebuild. Do you guys have any ideas regarding the minimum parts that I should replace :?: . I know for sure that the back-up valve is not working, but I'm not sure what else to replace.

I'm not an expert but the impeller, the tires and the whell's ball bearings should be good candidate.
