Pentair EasyTouch 8 no data on ScreenLogic App

I am brand new to this system as well as to pool ownership, so please hang in there with me.

So I have a Pentair EasyTouch 8 520657 and ScreenLogic App with the Protocol Adapter, I am able to login to the application but I do not see any data displayed. The protocol adapter is connected via Ethernet to the main board. From my reading I understand that red& black are power and yellow and green are the comms.

1. Am I correct in assuming that since I can login to the app that the main board is actually working in powering the adapter?

2. If #1 is true what would cause there to be no data being sent down, everything else works from the board I can turn on lights, I get the temp reading etc its just not sending the data to the app.

Not sure I fully understand the problem..

Are you saying that you can bring up ScreenLogic and use it to turn on a pool light? If that is true then ScreenLogic is talking to the EasyTouch.

Was your EasyTouch programmed and then you added ScreenLogic, or is this the first time you have run the system?

Are you using a phone or your PC.

The phone sucks for trouble shooting.

Either way, show me a couple of screenshots of what you are seeing.

What main board??? The EasyTouch has no Ethernet connections???
