Another small update as I get closer and closer to finishing the landscaping. I got the hardscape lights installed on my retaining walls - still a bit of cleanup with the wires on the back side, but I love how they turned out!
I wasn't sure how to prepare for these needing to be replaced in the future, but I ended up cutting a groove on the top of the wall for the wire to go through, which gets covered up by the wall cap and should make it somewhat easy to pull the wire through and replace one if needed. You can kind of see what I mean in this picture:
