Outdoor Pavilion Build

Roof went on today (metal roof -charcoal)
Decided to go metal because of the pine trees in the back of it. Lasts a long time too.
Next up is the siding (board and batten)
Hoping that goes smooth as I'll be away on vacation next week.
Electric is coming along great.... Just need to run wiring in the ceiling for 6 LED lights and 2 outdoor ceiling fans

Update
Just got back from vacation and wanted to update a couple of things that happened while I was away
1. Siding around the Cabana has been installed
2. Granite bar top has been installed
3. Electric is hooked up and just needs some finishing touches
4. Knotty pine starting today for the inside back, ceiling, and bar front

Hoping for it to be completed by next weekend, but we'll see. Not too happy with the max volume of the Bose 251 speakers connected to the Sonos Connect Amp, but oh well.

looks cool. so what's up with the granite on already? are there cabinets going in or being built?
Thanks man! So the granite is on already because I got a decent price on it and he wanted to fit it in before actually "starting his day at work" That kind of deal. I'm having knotty pine going on the bar front, appliances are taking up the whole section of one side of the bar back, the other half of the bar back has a sub-counter with granite on it for top storage and the only cabinet I would really need is below that countertop.
I'm looking for an outdoor tall cabinet for extra storage but haven't really come across anything.

Looks good. where is the grill going?
Thanks...I appreciate it!
I have a 5 burner grill that is on the upper level of the patio (pic attached with arrow) already and a Blackstone griddle that is going next to the Cabana when it's all done (pic attached with arrow) which I'll probably be using more.

Hey Dave! Looks awesome! If you like your contractor, can you send me his name? We are looking to add something along these lines as well (although not as many amenities as you) and have terrible luck with contractors in the past

Hey! :)
I would LOVE to BUT I had to let him go this morning for trying to add extra hours when we were away on vacation last week (I had security cameras watching arrival and departure times) so I am in search of a new one. I have the worst luck ever with them to be honest haha, which is why this project has taken 2 years to complete.

UGHHHHH. I am so sorry. Same here. We had one great contractor experience with our kitchen, but other than that they've all sucked =(

I wish I was closer to u guys. I have all kinds contractors that could help.
I’m so grateful I never had to worry about that when I built my house or my pool. All my guys are friends or guys I have known since I was in diapers.

We did a full home reno 4 years ago when we moved here and put wood look tile in the whole house. We chose a tile expert GC for this reason. And let's just say that 80% of our whole home needs the floor re-done already due to grout coming out, tiles slipping and cracking. So frustrating!

I wish! This has been a 2 year process..... This has been my luck:
1. Guy took $8,200 deposit......showed up one day and never came back. Warrant for arrest out.
2. Second guy never finished
3. Next guys didn't finish....went to court and I won but will never see anything
4. Last guy tried to get away with 16 extra hours while we were away on vacation. Canned.

Haha that has been our luck.
