Ok I have waited 30 minutes and I retested chlorine.

Also after ten minutes it has now changed back to pink???

The FAS-DPD test is done to completion and then disposed of. If you let the sample sit, it will turn back to pink.

Add more chlorine to get your FC to target range for the CYA level you have in the pool.
