Hi newbie from St. Louis MO, we just had a new inground pool put in, and the company roughed 3 fountains. I'm getting ready to build a cinder block platform for the sheer fountains to be contained in and double as a diving platform. When building the cinder block wall, does anyone know if it is necessary to fill any of the blocks with concrete, or do a bond beam? For some coping and people jumping off of it seems like the blocks and mortar will do just fine. Wondering if anyone has any experience in building these. Something along these lines, but for jumping off of as well.
