Emerson 1081 pump, model C55CXKLS is running but flow is not good. No apparent leaks in suction line (although does have some air showing in the strainer). Thinking I will need a new impeller so getting ready to take pump apart, but want to make sure I can get parts. Are all impellers the same that would be used with this pump? Pictures enclosed.

The motor is an Emerson. What is the model of the pump head it is attached to?
The impeller needs to be matched to the HP of the motor.

You need to find a model number on the pump label or open it up and check the impeller for debris. The impeller should have a part number stamped on it if you need to replace it.

Flow problems are usually filter problems. What type of filter? What is your PSI? Have you opened up the filter to inspect?
