Hi all. I had a noisy pump motor and decided to switch it out. Got a Go-Kit32 for my B855 motor. Replaced the diffuser O-ring and the main flange? O-ring as well as both shaft seals.
After replacement I saw it was slowly leaking and quickly realized I put the seal on the impeller on backwards. When I got the replacement I only replaced it since the other seal didn’t look damaged from my mistake.
Put it all back together and is running so quietly (lovin’ it) but still has a small drop every 8 seconds or so. I tightened the six bolts pretty tight. The diffuser O-ring didn’t seem to fit as snug as I would have thought. And I have two round O-rings left from the go kit that I didn’t see a place for.
Any ideas?
