Hi. Im new to this.
We recently had a pool installed but are having issues trying to fill it.
Everything was good until we had water delivered. Pool installer said it was to much water to fast and no sun so liner started to pull out and walls were buckling.. Had to pump out alot of the water so liner could be put back and walls straighten out. Its all good now except weather is now either to cold or no sun. How can I get this pool filled before the snow starts.

Slow & steady fill wins the race especially when its colder out. Even if the temp is a little low the sun needs to be shining when filling. (Aka day time)
Do not fill at night.
Pick the next warmest day & begin again SLOWLY. Is there a way to just use hoses from the house? Was the water truck just for convenience? If it’s a necessity because of a well or something it may inconvenience the driver to have to fill slowly. Or just do some & then use hoses for the rest.
Looking up your weather by your zip code shows today as being about the only warm day left.
